I seriously have some major catching up to do, but I couldn't help but jump to the things we are doing now. So Bode started school! I am so excited for him he has been looking forward to it for a long time. He got up bright and early, picked out what he wanted to wear, did his hair, brushed his teeth and was ready to go 30 minutes early. I love that kid! He is such a stud. So we talked about a few things and then I walked him to the bus stop. He was a little nervous to try and find his class, but he didn't seem too bad. Plus all of the kids were really nice to him on the bus. The night before school started Clint was totally stressed out. He kept saying, are you sure he is ready for this? Have you taught him everything he needs to know? He is out of our control now. School everyday for the next 18 years! AHHH. After, hearing all of his concerns, I was happy to feel quite happy with what was happening and I thought for sure he could handle it and that he will be home after three hours and I am sure I can still teach him. I just love how Clint gets so nervous for the kids. He is a good Dad! So off he went on the bus. I didn't cry, but I felt part of me go with him as he left me. A good friend told me that when her son went to school and was out of her hands she found herself praying for them all day long. That is exactly what I did. A little while later when he arrived home, he was bursting with excitement from all of the fun things he did.
