Family Night Lesson

We had a family night lesson the other night about how you can be motivated to do things, and Mike lesson I gave the example that you need to have your heart into whatever you want to do. Once your heart is into whatever you want to do it will change your behavior, you'll want to do that more. I use the example of sports growing up my heart was really into sports, so it led me to practice, lift weights, and pretty much spend every waking moment participating in sports. The same is true about anything in life, what's your heart is into something it changes your behavior, my little girl raini asked a very interesting question, she said "dad how do you get your heart into something ". This question has been on my mind ever since, as I grow older and continue to struggle with various things, food addiction, exercising, school, money, the stresses of life, learning how to get your heart into something is the key. Over the next little bit I'm going to really focus my study on learning to love, or in other words learning to get your heart into something. I hope to be able to apply this to various things in my life to change my behavior.
