Pumpkin Painting

While the men were at the priesthood session, Grandma Pedersen held a pumpkin painting contest. We all had a blast!!!

Halloween Party

Patrice set up a jar to try and help our whole family be more positive. Everyone had a color of paper and we ripped and crunched up our color and placed them by the jar. Each time during the day we said something positive we could put one of our colors in. Patrice told the family if we filled it up by a certain day we could have a party. The kids did a great job and we got the party. Patrice sent invitations to the kids and everything. She's a good egg :-)

Love Halloween this year with the kids, they are so cute Bode just wanted to be something scary and I had to talk Raini into being a kitty cat but she's darn cute, and Hawk was a Power Ranger. He didn't love his muscles very much:)

Witches

Fun to go see the witches with Grandma... It seems like every year we go I have another new baby to bring along. Favorite witch is the witch riding the bike in the sky...

Funny Conversation with Bode

Conversation with Bode tonight while watching the debate. I am definitely not the smartest when it comes to politics, but I thought this was pretty funny: Bode asked "dad what are these guys doing?" I started in with a big explanation of how they were running to be President (vice) of the United States, I told him that it's not like the President of our church, Heavenly Father calls the President of our church and we vote for the President of the United States... I continued to explain what states were and went on for about 10 minutes or so, when I finished he looked at me and said "so these guys are going to be in our ward". Love that kid
